According to the report of Democracy Online , the spokesperson of the Association of Automobile Parts and Assemblies Manufacturers, in an interview with the reporter of Parshin Khodro, while announcing this news; Explaining the details of this meeting, he said: The effect of the increase in the volume of builders’ demands in creating a liquidity crisis in the country’s component manufacturing industry was the most important issue raised in this meeting. A concern that, if neglected, will lead to a reduction in production and even stop the production lines of component manufacturers.
Farhad Bahnia added: Fortunately, the CEO of Iran Khodro announced that within the next one or two weeks, by paying part of the demands of the parts makers, we will try to adjust the liquidity problem of the supply chain in a suitable way and the parts makers will get out of the current crisis.
He clarified: According to the statistics provided by Iran Khodro, the amount of 120-day demands of the parts manufacturers from this group is about 7 thousand billion tomans, which, taking into account the difference related to price adjustment, reaches a figure of 12 to 13 thousand billion tomans.
The spokesperson of the Association of Parts Manufacturers continued: “If we add the demands of the parts makers from Saipa to this figure, the total demands of the manufacturers over 120 days from the two largest automobile companies of the country will be around 20 thousand billion tomans.
Behnia mentioned the issue of the crimes of the parts makers as one of the other issues raised in the meeting with the CEO of Iran Khodro and stated: In the last one or two years, crimes are unfairly attributed to the part makers, and according to the complaints of many parts makers, it was requested to pay for each defective part. The representatives of the parts maker are invited and the defects are checked more carefully. Because these defects are not necessarily caused by the component maker and other factors such as assembly or repair methods may be involved in its occurrence. On the other hand, the penalty rate that is considered for component manufacturers should be based on the sales rate of components to Sapco; While it is calculated based on the third-party price of the parts delivered to Isacco, which can result in heavier figures of crimes for the parts makers. Based on this, the CEO of Iran Khodro ordered that, with the coordination of Sapco Company, the request of the parts makers regarding the diagnosis of the source of defects and the method of determining the current, should be followed up and finalized as instructions.
The member of the board of directors of the Association of Manufacturers of Automobile Parts and Assemblies of the country also mentioned the issue of the car price as the mother of the problems of the car industry among other issues raised in this meeting and stated: “The car price has been associated with serious uncertainty since last year and despite the fact that in the last year The car was released on the stock market and this action was accompanied by a drop in prices and the return of calm to the car market, but within a short period of time, the sale of the car on the stock market was stopped again and the integrated system was announced as the next route for car sales. Based on this, the price of the car was assigned to the pricing committee and finally to the competition council. At the same time, the sales planning is done as a task and is announced to the car manufacturer by the Ministry of Safety.

He added: The price of the car should be checked by an expert and if it is supposed to be done by the competition council even with wrong pricing, certainly the method that the competition council is considering is not a professional and expert method in any way and not only did not help the consumer, but also caused The increase in the accumulated losses of both car manufacturers has had a great impact on the increase in claims and losses of parts manufacturers.
This union official continued by stating that organizing the car market is not possible except by discovering the price and supply of cars in the stock market or on the side of the market: “The result of the continuation of the current policy; Reduction in production will increase the accumulated losses of car manufacturers and eventually stop car production. Therefore, if the Minister of Peace does not have the necessary authority to solve the price and car market problem and the Competition Council is still supposed to be responsible for price suppression, at least they should allow the entire production chain of steel, copper and other raw materials to be priced in the Competition Council. Because the price of raw materials cannot be left free, but the price of a car can be suppressed.
